As an expert chef, I understand the importance of accommodating those with food allergies and creating delicious meals that are safe for everyone to enjoy. With that in mind, I want to share some of my favorite allergen-free recipes with you.
One of my go-to dishes is a gluten-free pasta with a creamy tomato sauce. Instead of using traditional wheat pasta, I use gluten-free pasta made from brown rice or quinoa. The sauce is made from fresh tomatoes, garlic, and dairy-free cashew cream. It’s a satisfying and flavorful dish that anyone can enjoy, regardless of gluten intolerance.

I add in fresh fruit, such as mango or strawberries, for a burst of flavor. It’s a guilt-free treat that everyone can enjoy.
